On Wednesday September 17, Margie and Craig visited 25 senators offices at The Rotunda in Harrisburg & met personally with Senator Terry Punt. Meghan went with us to Senator Punt’s office, Sabrina & Vynessa each went with us to half of the other senators offices. They even spoke on behalf of the bill from a student’s point of view! They all did so well & I am proud of them! Together we did 44 chair massages with many representatives participating. It seems that since the HB2499 has passed through the house that there is more awareness & the representatives are therefore participating more!
We will be taking the entire Day Class on Wed Oct 22 for Massage Awareness Week! Some of the evening students will be taking off work & going also!
